    Great training to increase swing speed

    Actually bought the 4 piece set so I can share with my wife. Also, allows me to use in my senior years (60 already). Has definitely helped with my swing speed. Drives going farther in the simulator (10-15 yards). I can't wait to try on the course. Manufacturer has great website with multiple levels of training. I'm still working through 10 weeks of level 1. I will definitely continue through the levels.
