I feel he should take it out before he decides. He thinks it’s too flashy and for old men. ☹️

Order Incomplete

The shipment I received was incomplete. Two items were missing from the shipment I received; an extra battery and a umbrella holder (on back order) . I have been in contact with one of your employees and they are looking into the matter. I am optimistic that it will get resolved.

When something is wrong with an order, customers want to know quickly if the company is aware and looking into the matter. We always wonder, "Is this the time I get ripped off ? " It took 4 emails to get a response. A good outcome will get the review up to 4 stars.

I have used the X10 twice and it worked good. The follow mode works really well. The movements in remote mode are quite jerky.

I think the X10 design needs more weight on the front wheels. With my normal carry bag loaded, most of the weight is on the rear wheels, so it does a lot of wheelies. This is all explained in the manual. I will use a cart bag from now on so the weight stays up to the recommended 14 kg, or use a carry bag and stuff the ball pocket full of golf balls.

It would be better if the golf bag could sit more up right, that way it would be easier to get your clubs out. The clubs often hit the handle.

I got the item delivered yesterday, the carton box was damaged and tear off but luckily nothing damage inside. UPS doesn’t take care properly on transportation. Seller should respond to customer for any questions regarding their orders. As many times I called or sending email but no reply. That’s not the way to do online business.
