amazing customer service but gaps in website info

The website indicates a short turn around time, no mention of a backlog and slower delivery date. Had to pay for a rush delivery, wasn't sent a proof prior to printing. Buried in FAQs is a discount code (never advertised or offered). Tried to add to my order and was denied as it could slow down shipping. Balls arrived on time, and thankfully looked great. Would order again, but need at least a month turnaround time
