RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have received a product that you are unhappy with, we are happy to take it back and issue an exchange or full refund! Here are a few important notes regarding our return policy.
- We will accept returns and exchanges on products that are unused and are still in the original packaging
- Customers can return or exchange their products within 60 days from purchase date
- Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned product
- Once a refund is issued, it may be 3-5 business days before you see the credit on your statement depending on the credit card company
- To return a product simply contact email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line followed by "-R" for return or "-E" for exchange.
- Buyer pays return shipping fees
- Custom orders are final sale (cannot be exchanged or refunded). In the event of a defect our team will work with you to get a replacement.
- Purchased gift certificates do not expire but are final sale (cannot be exchanged or refunded). Some restrictions may apply for complimentary gift certificate
- Demo/Trade In clubs are sold as-is and cannot be returned for a refund. If you are unhappy with your demo or trade in purchase, we can accept a return for store credit. Return must be initiated within 5 business days for demo clubs. Please see product description for details on club conditions.
Every product we sell has a manufacturer's warranty - which we are more than happy to honour. If you have a product that is defective, simply contact us and we will provide excellent service to help take care of any of your warranty needs!
