Due to Covid-19 concerns and how they affect shipping goods and services across the border, we have temporarily suspended shipments to the US. Please check back periodically as we will update our shipping and delivery page with more information once international shipping resumes.
Faster shipping is available for SOME products. If you require an item by a certain date, please let us know so we can manage accordingly. This is by REQUEST ONLY and NOT available for all products. Extra fees may apply for rushed orders.
We do our best to keep an accurate inventory of all products on our website. Since many of our products are ordered directly from the manufacturer, product availability is subject to change between the time that an online order is placed and the time of fulfillment. Customers will be contacted should there be any difficulty in completing their order and will include alternative options and replenishment details, if applicable. Funds are collected at checkout and will be refunded to your credit card in the event we cannot complete your order.
Many of our products ship factory-direct from the Toronto area and delivery times can vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on your location and courier processing time. Shipping times vary by greatly by brand and the courier used to ship your order.
If an order has shipped and it is lost by the courier, we will swiftly ship out a replacement order at no charge, However, if an order is delivered and is lost or stolen following the successful delivery, we are not responsible.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Currently we are experiencing slight delays on some products given that most warehouses are reducing staff and have component backorders which can affect shipping times. We will be advising customers of any delays to their orders, as information is received from the vendor. Purchase with confidence - we've got you covered!

UPDATE 02/05/21: Please note, some vendors are experiencing issues with tracking being posted.
